Do you remember when you were young it seemed like your parents would never die? When they did you were shocked because for so long they seemed immortal. That's how I felt when Michael Jackson died. He seemed like he was going to be there forever. I am sure many people feel this way. Though he have physically died, Michael Jackson will live on in his fans hearts and his songs. I know that he will live on in mine.

Michael Jackson's musics transcended modern pop. His music was inspiration for many of the artists that we listen to today. His music videos told a story. No other artist has had prime time coverage to release a video. He will be missed and much like Elvis Presley many will ask what more he could have done to the music community.
